My client who are a global construction equipment brand who have a head office in the Midlands are looking to recruit a Solutions Architect to work in improving performance and be accountable for customer and market success.
The role can be home based but travel to head office will be essential for at least 1-2 days per week. Accommodation will be provided.
The main duties include:
Working to identify and fulfil customer needs Prioritising technical requirements to build technology propositions that can deliver performance at an operational level Ensuring excellent user experience and technical support Working in conjunction with the team you will develop customer facing programmes to achieve annual sales objectives. Demonstrating to the global teams the market specific opportunities Working with supply chain, service operation and all departments to support commercial marketing. Nurturing existing supplier relationships For this role you will ideally have:
Experience of product management and solution definition of technology products and services Product and technical knowledge of digital technology and software solutions in either theCivil Engineering, Construction, Surveying or Geospatial industries Experience in B2B customer engagement in a relatable field Be very customer centric Be highly motivated and be confident to work independently Leadership, coaching and mentoring skills Be degree educated in technical field.
