We are seeking an experienced CRC Operations Manager to lead and manage all functions within our Component Rebuild Centre (CRC) in Ghana. This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring world-class operations in safety, quality, efficiency, and profitability while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive a safety-first culture, ensuring all risks, hazards, and incidents are identified and managed effectively.
• Develop and execute annual budgets, manage service sales, and control expenses to meet profit targets.
• Address customer concerns promptly and uphold service quality standards.
• Oversee daily CRC operations, optimize workflow, and implement continuous improvement strategies.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team across production, technical, and planning functions.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in operations management within a technical or service-based industry.
• Strong commercial acumen and project management skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire teams while driving efficiency and profitability.
• High-level communication and customer relationship skills.
• Tertiary qualification in Business Management or a related field.
• Experience in Africa or within the Caterpillar product environment is an advantage.
