Critical Power Engineer – Europe (UK, Ireland, Germany & Sweden Travel)
We are seeking a highly skilled Critical Power Engineer to join a dynamic team delivering best-in-class power solutions across multiple European locations. This role is ideal for someone based in Europe with a willingness to travel regularly to the UK, Ireland, Germany, and Sweden.
📌 Please note: Candidates must hold a valid European passport to meet the travel and work requirements across these regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain power generation equipment to hire-ready condition
- Carry out installations, commissioning, and synchronization of generators
- Perform site-based fault diagnosis, repairs, and breakdown responses
- Conduct inspections, load testing, and ensure compliance with electrical regulations
- Complete all associated documentation, reports, and customer paperwork
- Order and manage parts inventory as required for repairs and maintenance
What We’re Looking For:
- A European passport holder, based in Europe, with flexibility to travel to the UK, Ireland, Germany, and Sweden
- Solid background in mechanical and/or electrical engineering
- Experience with generator synchronization and alternator configuration
- 18th Edition (or equivalent) and 2391 Inspection & Testing certification preferred
- Full, clean driving licence
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
- A customer-first mindset with a commitment to high-quality service
